Sounds like the "perfect" neighbor for kids in the summer. Bet it's a pretty good winter neighborhood, too.
I am sure you kids are not real board. It will not be long tell you see back to the back to school suplies at Walmart. Enjoy them hile you can.

Our neighborhood is the best! Since we've lived here the neighborhood has had a "Welcome Summer" party on the last day of school. It's blast for everyone.
