Olympic National Park

The whole Thomas clan spent a morning at Olympic National Park. It was a blast. The park lies about 6,000 ft above sea level at the very top of the most gorgeous mountains. I don't think the kids had ever been that high up before. It was breathtaking.

It was hard to believe the mountain still had snow in the third week of June. We of course had to take advantage of it. Uncle Hiani broke out a pool toy so the kids could get the full snow experience. Their expressions were priceless. :)

Cool man Preston checking out the snow.

The cousins

Some of the Thomas siblings

We couldn't believe the wild life . The deer/elk had no fear. It was incredible to see them so close up yet in the wild .
It was a blast.

Holy cow...you've been blogging a lot and I have been missing out! :) Love catching up on what you guys have been up to. Love the new photos (the impromptu ones). Those doors are awesome. Geocaching sounds like a ton of fun. My newphew does it. WHat a great activity for little boys. And adults too I guess!

Snow in almost July? My kids would LOVE that!!!! I was noticing Luke in shorts and saw the tube and thought, "Well, that doesn't go together. I must be seeing things." :) What a FUN reunion!!!
