A first

Our family had our first camping expereince while we were in the Northwest. It was soooo much better then I thought it would be. Of course we didn't really have to do any of the planning or camp set up. Luke's brother Will did everything. He brought and set up the tent, brought sleeping bags with an air mattress for the kids and I . All we did was basically show up. I personally think it's the best way to camp. Will would make an excellent professional camping planner. :) In addition the kids slept hard all night which was my biggest concern.
We owe Will a HUGE "thank you" for a very successful and painless camp out. Thank you Will. We will always remember our first camping trip.

Grace (Luke's sister) joined us for the night. Check out cute little Preston under Grace's arm fast asleep. What a cutie.

Spencer after a night in the tent.

All the brave campers.

That is pretty cool. I am afraid my idea of camping is the Marriote!

I'm glad I could be apart of your 1st family campout and that nobody was traumatized. May there be many more in the future, even if they are just in the backyard.
