To our surprise we had a snow day today. Shockingly Kar was a little upset about missing school. She had a pizza party AND a Valentine party she was looking forward to. Her and Luke also had a date tonight to attend a Daddy Daughter Ball at school. She was able to work through it though once she was reminded of how much fun snow can be and that everything can be rescheduled. The kids made a snowman, snow angels and even had a snowball fight. It was a fun day.

Wow! We had snow yesterday and you had it today. I think you had more with in it than we did. You must be smarter than us!!
We love snow days!!! It sounds like you made the most of it. It is kinda sad that of all days to have a snow day it was a fun party day. I hope it will all get rescheduled so Kar isn't disappointed.
Is it common to get snow in Georgia? Sounds impressive to me! My boys are hoping for another week off school...after being home for 11 days straight due to snow and everything being cancelled, I'm excited for Tuesday (although I must say, it has been fun)!
