Spence got his first pair of flip flops this weekend and he is in love. He would like to wear them constantly if he could. He even wanted to wear them to church today, but the mean Mom that I am would not let him. So, when we were getting ready to go on another Sunday stroll with the Rose's tonight I was not about to turn him down again. Now I know why two year olds probably shouldn't wear flip flops on gravel trails. I think these pants tell the story. He first fell on his behind into a mud puddle and then got up and fell onto his front. He was covered in mud. It was actually pretty comical. I'm such a mean Mommy.
