Spence got his first pair of flip flops this weekend and he is in love. He would like to wear them constantly if he could. He even wanted to wear them to church today, but the mean Mom that I am would not let him. So, when we were getting ready to go on another Sunday stroll with the Rose's tonight I was not about to turn him down again. Now I know why two year olds probably shouldn't wear flip flops on gravel trails. I think these pants tell the story. He first fell on his behind into a mud puddle and then got up and fell onto his front. He was covered in mud. It was actually pretty comical. I'm such a mean Mommy.

Haha Tell Spence that his aunt Jenni LOVES flipflops and I wear them any chance I can get. But I also try to avoid wearing them to church because I got scolded once by my mother haha. I think I have about 20 pairs of them in a variety of colors and height.
Didn't I warn you last week about those Roses? They spell trouble, I'm telling ya!
Cool flip flops! Not so cool what happened from wearing them on the gravel though.
Jack has a pair of flip flops like that (with the strap on the back) and he wears them everywhere. He, however, has also already has his fair share of spills due to getting caught up on his shoes. I have to try so hard not to laugh.
