Yes, our six year old still takes naps. Maybe not everyday, but at least every other. What can I say our kids still need their naps or maybe
It's me who still needs the down time. :)
Anyhoo, I just had to show what cuddle bugs our kids are.
Kar the little momma that she is loves to sleep with her babies.

Spence on the other hand, I get the biggest kick out of what he likes to cuddle up with. Can you tell he is his Father's son?!

So precious! Eli got into a habit of taking all his little men and cars into his bed and then would roll on them in the night and wake up. I had to make a no hard toys in your bed rule. Maybe if he would have just chosen a big airplane thingy everything would have been o.k.!
Yeah, but Spence's sheets look like he's gonna take it to the next level and become an astronaut!
Dear Jenn,
Sandy used to always have the kids take a nap. She would often say the kids may not need a nap but she needed them to take one.
Love,
Dad Thomas
Hurray for Nap time. I am a strong believer in Naps. My mom made us take naps growing up and I really believe I can go to sleep easily because I learned to take naps. James on the other hand will lay in bed for an hour or more trying to fall asleep. He never really took naps as a kid.
So jealous! Teaghen my 4 yr old stoped napping a year ago! And yah Taite is just like spence (Like our daddy) he sleeps with his airplanes. . . usually metal ones ouch!

cute kids!
I always miss so many good posts from you! I guess that's what I get for being a bit of a blogging slacker lately.
I love seeing pictures of you and your family. I ran into Mikey the other day at the gym and it just reaffirmed to me how much I miss the Haroldsen family.
How Cute!! I miss you guys so much! Sarah
Spencer has such a sweet expression on his face! Even after mine stop napping they have to take a "rest time"--they have to stay in the playroom and can't bug me until their time is up, basically. Andrew can't wait until 1st grade in the fall so he doesn't have to do this anymore! But, I figure there's nothing wrong with toys, crafts, books and no mom for an hour or so.
