I can usually tell you exactly what they each would choose.
With Spence it's his octopus shirt. He LOVES this shirt. To go along he normally would pick any pair of shorts. He does not like pants very much unless they are his Spider man pants that I bought at a second hand store and are two times too small for him. I wish he had them on for this picture so you could see that I am not exaggerating.
Karly on the other hand loves girly t-shirts no matter what the weather. Her favorite shirts have random phrases like "girl power" or "Miss Independent" on them. I just think they are too pre-teen for me. She's only 5. To go along with her T-shirt she almost always chooses a skirt. Such a girly girl. She loves her tied died skirt. ( which you can see above)
Okay, so it's now documented. I am making some progress however small it may be. :)

Hahaha I had no idea you were such a control freak Jen. Geez not letting your daughter dress up like a princess for school - what is wrong with you? Just teasing. I will probably pick out my kids' outfits too.
I can't believe how girly Kary is. I remember I hated wearing skirs and dreses other than Sundays for church. It's different now but I think I was a tomboy when I was her age.
Your kids are cute no matter what they wear. You ought to ask their dad what he liked to wear. It's scary!! You're doing good. However, I'm personally interested in your 10 step program. I need all the help I can get.
How cute, It's amazing what makes kids like certain things(color, texture, picture, fit,etc..). We have to dress warm sometimes too, because our sunroom has so many windows. Your kids are so cute too.
James and I where just mentioning the other day how cool it is for parents to let their kids dress themselves how they please.
