Sweet kids

It's pretty sad when you can do an entire post on an illness, but I'm going to do it. Last night Noah and I had an all nighter. After all my hand washing and trying to be as much of a home body as I can be during flu season he caught the bug that's been going around. I should of knocked on wood when I told my cousin Heather over the phone we had some how avoided the flu this season. Poor Luke had it last week and has been trying to get through training while feeling crumby. So, I guess it was inevitable we would eventually get it too. Noah's had this high temperature, rashy, slight mucus thing for about three days now and I'm hoping we are at the tail end of it. Last night he was literally up all night. So, our poor kids got less then half a Mom this morning. I got up barely fed them breakfast then attempted to go back to sleep. They were so sweet at 9 am they brought me breakfast in bed. I really do have the sweetest kids anyone could ever ask for. Thanks Kar and Spence you guys are the greatest. (note they really did do it completely by themselves, Luke is out of town) :) I love our kiddies!!!

Breakfast consisted of a bottled water, an orange, green beans, a breakfast bar, apple sauce, mandarine oranges, peanut M&Ms, and a piece of gum :) Yummy!

Spence asked if he could have the M&Ms.

I'll stay up any night, just hopefully not every night with this cute little guy.

All this sicky stuff is no fun :( I'm always amazed how kids kinda have that "intuition" when it comes to mom really needing a break. What a BLESSING! Sweet Kidos! I sure hope you don't get it!

Those two sure know what it takes to get their mommy back to full strength! You were probably bouncing of the walls after that one busting with energy, weren't you?

Oh, I'm so sorry! Being sick is the pits. I got one of those 24 hour stomach bugs Tuesday to Wednesday and it stunk! Mike had to stay home from school and everything. I hope you are all at the tail-end of sickness.

That's what I had for breakfast today...j/k! That is so sweet! The green beans are the best part! It stinks to have sick kids...though I do like when they are super cuddly and just want to sit on your lap all day :)

The reason I love this whole blog thing is because of days like this. Being sick is such a bummer but what a thoughtful, kind thing for your kiddos to do. They obviously have been tought well. Now you have the whole documented and they feel honored by the recognition.

Jenny, I stumbled on your blog by mere accident. Weird, long story short, your SIL April has a friend in my MOMS CLUB, who sent me her blog b/c she makes jewelry and was trying to spread the word. Hum I thought.... Haroldson? no way, and I saw your name on her blog. So now I'm sayin'HELLO! So nice to see your beautiful family. I hope the kids are better soon, and the breakfast in bed, I hope mine do that for me some day. I need gum in the morn. HAHA. Meliss "Payne" Tran

That is the funniest thing. They even put it on a tray and what about the green beans. They just want you to be healthy. Cute!!!

Did they sit and watch you eat each and every bite? That was really helpful, I wonder what they will do for Mother's Day?
