Caught carrying a nasty substance
So a few posts back I mentioned we kind of live out in the country. I also mentioned we could do with out the field mice. Well, that was because I saw a mouse one night while Luke was out of town. We caught them (there was two) with mouse traps and that was the end of it. So, I hoped. Since then those darn mice haunt me. I swear I hear them late at night, and sometimes I even think I see them. Luke told me they are nocturnal, so they would only be out late at night. Not, good info to tell a lady who spends many nights alone. WEll, since then we have mouse traps through out our house, just in case. They are hidden in odd places so the kids can't get to them. My fear is that I will forget to check them, and find a little guy decomposed and stinky. Well, today I kept smelling the oddest scent. My imagination went wild. I came up with some pretty graphic pictures of what I might find. I went racing around the house looking for a dead mouse. After tearing through the house with no luck, I noticed Spence had been following me around being my little helper. We are in the process of potty training, and he was wearing a pull-up. He's supposed to tell me if he needs to go to the bathroom. Well, guess what?! He didn't, and that was the oddest smelling diaper I have ever changed. I'm not sure what that little guys been eating, but WOW!!

this lady has tips on how to put things/change things on your blog. It helped me create my new background for mine today. It also has a link on how to put music on it...which I haven't tried yet.
That was a funny story. It must be great being a parent.
I hate mice. Seriously, the only thing that gives me the heebie jeebie's. Literally. My mom had a pest control person come because she saw a mouse in her house, and he said if you have any type of opening in your house, that you can fit a pencil through, a mouse can fit through...just in case that helps narrow it down. I hate animals, but I'd be all for getting a cat! Good luck!
Thanks for sending your blog addy along. Check us out sometime! www.gonzalezwithaz.blogspot.com
Love the mug shots of Spence! I guess it's a good thing that it wasn't mice and just a nasty diaper, right?
That is hilarious. The mug shots were the best. I take it that you didn't like Ratatouille. Mice, rats, YUCK.
I love your blogs and mug shots!! You're the best. Happy New Years@!!
I love the mug shots!! That should scare the mice!
Oh that is nasty...you don't actually think Spencer ate a mouse do you?!
No Jenni, no mice were harmed in this story. ALthough I wouldn't of minded. I really HATE mice.
