We just found out our offer was accepted and it looks like we'll be moving !! This move is going to be a lot different then any of our past moves. First off we're not moving out of state. In fact we're moving only maybe 10 miles away. Although we will be switching schools and wards. It's well worth it though, because for the first time in our marriage we are finally settling down. This will be our permanent residence for at least the next five years or hopefully longer. We are soooooo excited!!! No more out of state moves every year!! Yah!!!!We're counting our blessing and feel extremely blessed to be in a situation where we can finally settle down in Luke's career and are able to buy a home in this housing market. It's a fun time to buy a home!! If I may quote Clark Howard ".. there hasn't been a better time to buy home in the last fifty years." With interest rates at an all time low, the housing market down (sorry sellers :)) , and a tax credit from the Government to first time home buyers, it's a prime time. I'm sure these are all things everyone has heard a million times. I just had to document it. I want to always remember how blessed we were when we bought our first home. And we do feel very blessed.
