How do they do it?

So, the last couple weeks we have been receiving the most darling family pictures from loved ones in Christmas cards. I want to know how you all do it? We have zero luck. Between a sleepy baby and a two year old with ants in his pants, it just doesn't happen. Here's a few to show you some of of our pics this year. Which one would you choose?
